The 13" Hand Forged Iraqi Kukri Knife, accompanied by a Leather Sheath, is an ideal Outdoor Plant Cutting and Hunting Knife, also serving as a Bushcraft Tool. It is rust-free, making it a perfect Christmas gift. This unique Iraqi Khukuri is steeped in the history of the Gurkha soldiers. It played a pivotal role during the Iraq war, used by Gurkha soldiers to rescue captured British soldiers, hence its name. The Khukuri boasts a deep grip handle crafted from rosewood, reminiscent of the design used in World War II. The blade is constructed from high-grade carbon steel, featuring a balanced water temper along its edge, ensuring durability and strength. The handle is fashioned from robust wood, and the scabbard is made from natural leather. The set includes karda and chakmak, quality small knives useful for tasks such as skinning animals, digging holes, and producing fire sparks. This Iraqi Khukuri promises a sense of freedom and protection with regular use.
