This knife was forged beautifully for the price. It looked almost exactly as pictured. Everything fits together very tight, very strong. I did some wood chopping with it and the knife was completely unaffected - I'm unsure of the steel hardness, but it seems hard enough for my needs.
I bought a sword and a knife from them both are beautiful hand crafted. The back and forth messages where answered in a timely fashion over all a good experience and I believe great value for the money.
The shipping took longer than expected but the quality of the knife makes up for that really nice knife would highly recommend to someone who likes man made knives
It is a well crafted machete which is really good at cutting down branches but can be used as an axe with enough determination. The sheath is made of a good quality leather and blade comes in nicely sharpened. It is a bit heavy on the end of the blade but with enough practice you can get accustomed to it. My experience with this machete left me satisfied, might think of purchasing from this seller again in the future.
Slightly bigger and heavier than I thought it would be. Definitely a chonky boi. That being said its balance is right at the guard (which is fantastic). It definitely feels more like holding a short sword in the hand and less like a knife weight wise. The only thing really holding the blade in its sheath it’s it’s weight FYI. It’s not loose in its case by any means, but it’s not tight either so keep that in mind when purchasing. I did a bit of a custom leather wrapping on mine to keep it upright when worn. Other wise it is a bit top heavy when in sheath and will lean away from your body. But overall Would recommend and would buy again.
